Who are you?

Check out our About Us page to find out about Premier ESL and its founders, Gavin and Leon. We’re an online English school founded in 2013 and dedicated to helping students all over the world master the English language.

What happens after you book an assessment?

When you make payment, our Director of Studies, Gavin, will email you at the address you used. We’ll also follow up with an SMS to confirm payment. Please allow 1-2 for us to contact you between 08:00 and 21:00 (GMT).

We’ll work with you to discuss a time that suits you for placement test. Note: evenings are best for availability, but daytime assessments can be done.

Once we assess your level, we will decide on a learning plan for you. You can join a class with up to 10 other students, join a fun group text chat class, or we can create a 1-to-1 tailored program just for you!

What time are the classes?

All classes take place from Monday to Friday. 1-to-1 classes can happen at any time to suit students. Regular classes are held between 18:00-21:00.

For example, beginner adult classes start at at 19:00 (GMT), and teen classes typically start at 18:00 (GMT). Each class lasts one hour. We’ll help you find a class that’s right for you when we contact you for your assessment.

What is the assessment like?

One of our tutors will ask you some basic questions in English. If you’re more advanced, we may have a nice conversation.

Do you teach children?

The minimum age for our classes is 17 years old. Teens class involves students 17. Those above this age will join adult classes. We do not presently offer classes for children younger than 17.
